Can anyone tell me if there is a way to use the command /tp @r[type=Mob] ~ ~10 ~. The thing I want to know is if there is a id that includes all mob/monsters. The reason for this is that I can't tp a random mob with @r if I do not give it a type.
You will need to clump all target entities into the same targetable group, such as giving the intended targets a specific scoreboard score. You'd then target them based on the score, as well as defining a 'type' of not "Player" (or if you need player targets, set it to an entity that you don't intend to target):
/scoreboard players set @e[type=Zombie] OBJECTIVE 1
/scoreboard players set @e[type=Creeper] OBJECTIVE 1
/scoreboard players set @e[type=Spider] OBJECTIVE 1
Nigathan thanks for the ideer but it will not work because when you use @r it only looks for players unless you give it another type to look for. For example type=Creeper. I already tried.
Skylinerw thanks for the ideer too. I already knew about the scoreboard but thank you very much for the type=!Player. That was what I was looking for. Thank you very much.
