I know you can keep track of a certain players info with command blocks, such as stat.killEntity. But let's say I wanted to keep track of zombies kills, so stat.killEntity.Zombie, but I want it to keep track of kills that more then one person has made.
So my question is : Can I keep track of all the zombies killed on a server using command blocks or do I need a custom plugin for that?
Ok; you're going to need to be in the 1.8 snapshots for this to work.
Let the scoreboard objective checking individual kills be "kills". Then, make a mechanism that looks like this (the hoppers are facing in to each other; one has one item and the other has none):
The command block to the left has this command:
scoreboard players operation Total kills += @a kills
The command block to the right has this command:
scoreboard players set @a kills 0
This should assign the total zombie kills to the score of "kills" for the (fake) player "Total".
Thanks! But that raised an other problem, this happens when I kill a zombie. My name appears for 1 second. While it isnt bad while I'm in singleplayer, if 20 people are killing zombies, this would be a real problem.
Now this seems like a really big problem to me. As there is probably no way for the reset command to appear as soon as the point is added.

Quick fix: Add another objective called let's say "obj". Then change the first command to:
THANK YOU! Wow, that was simpler then I thought.
