This is an end farm design that uses stacked shifting floors and a clocked piston funnel to bring heaping piles of endermen to a convenient 2x2 drop area:

I haven't seen any end farms that are this reliable. The shifting floors are jam-resistant and self fixing in the rare case they do jam, all moving parts are clocked to prevent stuck endermen, and only about 1/100 die from the drop. It uses no sticky pistons or constantly running clocks which usually bug.
If that's not enough, it only uses 213 normal pistons and 88 hoppers (0 hoppers if you use repeater clocks) because the shifting floors provide 12 blocks of spawning space for every set of 2 pistons. With 6 layers starting below y = 10 the endermen fall so fast your leveling rate is only limited by how fast you can collect exp orbs. The farm is still good for 2 people, but it may run low on endermen eventually.
Text and picture guide in progress. While the farm can be built starting at 40 y, it is 12.5% faster below 28 and 25% faster below 12. I only showed the design starting at 40 because it is generally plenty of speed for single player use.
No problems with the video on my side, gonna test how long it takes to reach lvl 30 now.
EDIT: Took approximately 1 minute and 18 seconds to reach lvl 30. I used the version in the world download, which means there is still room for faster times. Neat!
I added a download for the faster version shown at the beginning, it's actually faster on bukkit for some reason but lvl 30 should be easily under a minute either way. The starting height of the farm is higher in the tutorial part just to show that it's still fast at a more convenient height. I added comments to clarify this hopefully.

I love it, but I still prefer the one I have been using since 1.4, back before hoppers, before minecart hoppers, before trapdoors were fixed, before minecarts were fixed and we had to tilt them to make stations etc.. etc..
The design was given to me by a friend and I have been stuck to it ever since, having made no changes at all since then. So pardon any out of date redstone but do take into consideration that it still works very well.
It has 2 modes, either stand there and collect ender pearls while they die at your feet non-stop or flip the lever in the hallway to raise the floor 1 and kill them for experience and extremely fast levels.
I made a brief video so you could see it, but it's going to take about 15 more minutes to upload.
It's basically the same concept only with much more Endermen, no pauses and a touch of chaos, in that it gets really crazy around there if you let it go for a good 10 minutes or so on xp mode before going in.
There's so many Endermen it's almost impossible not to look at them lol .(wear a pumpkin).
I have a world save to share too if you want a close up.
The images show the portals you must use to locate the stronghold and yes I know the render of the nether is awesome, Google owns! lol. When you get to the End you'll know where to go from there. Note: This world was intended for a Test-ificate Breeding Factory in case you wonder why it looks like a hotel and only has 2 NPC's. If you give it time you'll have so many, you'll want to kill them lol. Also take note that nothing I share is monetized and I could give a rats ass about YouTube subs lol.

No problem your video is showing as private, but I think I get the idea from the thumbnail. Tripwires are a nice way to save on resources if you don't mind farming string.

Burst my bubble? Not at all! I have already seen his design and, while I appreciate the improvements over most end farms, this design uses 1/3 the pistons for the same spawning space, is 40 blocks shorter, and brings all the endermen to a 2x2 area. Each farm is good and has it's benefits, but I still like this one better. To each his own I suppose.
Glad you like it! I just uploaded an update for the funnel that gets the endermen down a good bit faster that should finish processing soon. You'll probably want to check that out before you get too far.
Care to elaborate? 'Best' is a strongly opinionated term and I have shown a list of facts, features, and benchmarks to prove that this is a very good farm. Nobody can prove which farm is the best when there is so much opinion involved and there are several very good designs competing.
