recently i have been trying to complete some redstone projects by using what i do know and applying it. So when i started making a 'digital clock' i first hooked up 10 inputs to redstone lamps to display the digits. no big deal, it works fine. Then I thought i could make it 'count' or go from 0-1-2-3-4-5 etc... by making a simple ring counter connected to a clock that repeats every second. It sounded like it would work fine in theory, however, the ring counter i am using needs a pulse limiter which burns out if it is activated every second. I need some help. first off, would this overall idea work for a digital clock? and second what else could i use to replace the pulse limiter or how can i prevent it from burning out?
