I made this while playing with redstone. Im wondering what it can do, and what it does.

ya, they kept burning out. i noticed that. but why? and what can i use this for?

you can use it for traps that you dont use all of your arrows

It burns out because if a redstone torch flashes too many times within a certain amount of time (I think it's probably like 10ish times in a couple seconds). It could be used to quickly fire arrows from a dispenser.
