I'm making a PVP map, and have several heal station points. Ive been filling dispensers with instant-health-splash potions, but I notice that players just camp them until they feel like leaving. Would there be any way to have a pressure plate activate a dispenser, but only allowing it to dispense once every X amount of time? Ive tried pulse lengthener, but they always seem to glitch out or have some way of cheating extra potions out.
Why not just have a button that when pressed, it sends a charge to the dispenser, but continues sending the charge by using lots of repeaters, AND have a piston in front of the button during the cooldown period?

I like the two repeater idea! Haven't used that one before. But i just realized a much simpler solution, arrow despawning on a pressure plate, extremely small, matches up with the health potion dispenser (since when you have to fill one, you'll have to fill the other) and gives you a one minute delay (despawns in one minute, a good time for a PVP world health station)
