I'm making a big cobblestone generator and need extended pistons. but i don't know how to place them. i tried already something but it doesn't work. How do i place them

like this:



is redstone torch
is piston

Wow. I simply couldn't think of something offensive to say to such a ridiculous yet innocently simple question.

Can we start a title naming convention where if you are asking how to do something instead of telling how to do something, then you put a question mark in the title? Please? This is, no joke, probably the 5th time this has happened today, where I come in expecting a new thing explained and get a question.

You mean have the arm longer than what it's supposed to be? Can't be done without mods.
