This is an autoflush system for a mob farm. Using a corrupted rotary hopper clock rather than two ethonians, it gives about 30/15 On/Off cycle. There is a piston pointing downward under each of the corner blocks with redstone on them, and if it may make a difference, bottom of shot is to the North.
The problem:
When the redstone signal turns off both pistons on the left retract normally. With the righthand repeater in location 1, piston A does not retract but piston B does. With repeater in location 2, A retracts but B does not. In location 3 A does not but B does. Location 4, both retract thus all pistons now retract as desired. What the heck is happening here?
