My server has a money system set up on the scoreboard. When you kill a mob you get one point. Is there a way to exclude blazes from the command, because we have a blaze farm which will skew the numbers too much. Thank you in advance
-Remove 1 totalkillcount score to each player with at least 1 blaze kill score
-Remove 1 blaze kill score to each player with at least 1 blaze kill score
Then, each time a player kills a blaze, its totalkill score get 1 more, but as its blazekill score too, they both are reduced of 1 (so no kill rising)
But any time you say "server", you must search if there's a plugin doing what you want; plugins can do much more things than commands.

The best way to do :
-Setup a blaze kill count scoreboard
Each tick, run commands which will do this :
-Remove 1 totalkillcount score to each player with at least 1 blaze kill score
-Remove 1 blaze kill score to each player with at least 1 blaze kill score
Then, each time a player kills a blaze, its totalkill score get 1 more, but as its blazekill score too, they both are reduced of 1 (so no kill rising)
