I have those 2 little farms connected to each other, that has a little bit of connection to one chest, the problem is that the last hopper doesn't transport the items to the chest, any ideaswhy?
Assuming the hopper meant is the one pointing into the chest in 636923525667869340.png,
and that items are reaching the hopper (the wheat and seeds are stacking up in that hopper),
(and that the chest is not full, just to cover something one expects was already checked)…
the most likely problem would be that hopper being 'locked'. The nearest (potentially) powered block I can see in the pics is the planks block at the end of the chest (which ought not to interact with the hopper).
Temporarily removing all blocks other than the feed hopper and the chest within 1-block of the hopper (including diagonals) would check if this is the case. (If there is a dropper pipe feeding the chests visible above, this may be the cause.)
If this does not work, the problem may be MC glitchiness. Fixing this is mostly trial and error… looping the hopper line around to feed into the near end of the chest might be a place to start.

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
