Doesn't work. Tried it in my world and it does not give me any feedback in the command block. When I used the second command and applied the command after the tilde marks, it did nothing because I can't (again) set the tag for the item.
EDIT: I found out I can't set tags for anything, what's wrong here? Is this some sort of bug? Using version 1.9.2

If you are using 1.9.2 you have to look up the NBT format from that version.
There are a lot of differences between the actual version and your version.
I'm not sure how to do this for certain different items, but put a hopper minecart under a block and go from there.
