You'll be using the "BlockEntityTag" tag, which stores tile entity data for the block variant of the item:
If you already have the command in another block and you want to copy it simply to ctrl and p to get your block with nbt (command) data already inside.

I believe default control would be CTRL + Button 3 (scroll button)
I'm trying to do this with a one command block creation, but none of the suggested things work, does the command supplied not work if the command needed to be copied is super long? When I put the command in, and run the command block, it doesn't give me anything.
Figured it out! The command given does not work if the command inside the command block being given has " in it, this command block creation does.
