So I'm trying to work up a quick map where if you drop an item (lets just do a DROPPED arrow for example, not one stuck in a block) at a SPECIFIC xyz, then it will trigger a command w/ the test for command to trigger another command block which increases the world border by lets say 10 (starts at around 10-25). I have gotten the test for command to detect the arrow, but I can't get it to check only a certain xyz.
Here's my command right now : /testfor @e[type=Item,x=0,y=64,z=0] {Item:{id:minecraft:arrow}}
As you can see, the coords I want to check are 0,64,0
When I activate the command block, it triggers success but it works anywhere I drop the arrow. I just want it to work at 0,64,0.
Any ideas?
EDIT: I have gotten it to work. Turns out I was missing the r=1 :P. But now I have a new question. Can/How you detect the number of arrows in the dropped stack. Rather, only activate if it's a certain number? Like I want two arrows to activate the command block.
The testfor command should output a power level equaling the number of entities found. So simply place two pieces of redstone between the block and wherever it powers.

Putting the CENDENT back in transcendent!
/testfor @e[type=Item,x=0,y=64,z=0,r=1] {Item:{id:minecraft:arrow}}

How can I do this for a specific item with a custom name?

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
/testfor @e[type=Item,x=0,y=64,z=0,r=1] {Item:{id:arrow,Count:1}}
IQ Test
/testfor @e[type=Item,x=0,y=64,z=0,r=1] {Item:{id:minecraft:arrow,Count:#b,Damage:#s,tag:{NBT TAG HERE}}}
Damage tag is weird, it is the type number. (say a certain color of wool)
