Airships, something that can fly an make land discovery easier and faster. However, airships would be a very expensive thing to build. You can't just have a survival server where everyone has a plane after 2 hours of gameplay. Mojang would have to make them very hard to create, making the crafting of an airship expensive and take, like, 7 steps of crafting.
More potions and an alien race sort of like Saiyans that you can choose to be and you will be on another planet and space travel and humans come and invade you and the same thing in reverse if you choose human and and GOPHERS!

100 step builds are just time consuming, not expensive btw, and even then they would make it quickly.
Sloped gravel, and sand, so I can make paths without jumping all the time.
Or they could make them like liquids, except they only flow for one block and you can walk on them.
Hmm probably backpacks, nether fence gates, eggs stackable in stacks of 64, and fish mobs! I really want fish mobs!
Also something like canvas that you could paint on using dye or something like that idk. That would be fun (｡・ε ・｡)
I'd also like the Enderdragon to hatch into a baby Enderdragon (maybe one that never grows up so it doesn't get too big) that you can ride on with a saddle, or something else that flies that you can ride!! That would be soo cool! And maybe tameable hostile mobs. An army of spiders? So cool.

Some sort of Shark, we need something other than drowning to fear from the water.
An ore that can only be found in the upper regions of a mountain. Or perhaps a rare cave spawn with rare treasure?
And a lantern.
