Really? On what cognitively defective line of reasoning do you come to this conclusion?
Complaining is a form of criticism, constructive complaining to be specific is pointing out the mistakes and flaws of each update.
Sadly such things are never heard in places like these, due to major ass-kissing.

its not all opinion, for example two persons can disagree wether or not Youll die from falling ten thousand feet, one of them is probably right...
Except that saying the new updates suck, or saying you like them, are both objective views that cannot actually be proven beyond how you feel about it. You can prove you will die from falling that far, so while you might have thought that was a semi-decent argument against the fact all of the arguments on this forum are opinion, it isn't. You are comparing something objective to things that are entirely opinion-subjective.

The problem with the truth, is that it never lies.
It's the polarizing of every subject that bothers me.
People are either "Yaye is all sunshine and rainbows"
or "Burn it to the ground!"
You read these boards and it's all about "I hate this and want it gone!" or "I think this and you should be forced to do the same".
Agreed, and the problem with these kind of immature "OMG I HATE THIS!" vs "IT'S PERFECT, SHUT UP!" arguments that I see all the time, is that any kind of constructive post that actually explains a concern in detail with suggested improvements gets totally lost and ignored, since it's buried under piles of the above crap.
The concerns over the new zombie AI are a prime example. A few people have been posting good suggestions about simply scaling the new AI better to difficulty (so that "Hard" can be hard and "Easy" can be easy), which I think is a really good way to give everyone what they want. The problem is that these suggestions are buried in threads where 80% of the posts are either "I HATE THIS NEW AI AND IT SHOULD BE TOTALLY REMOVED!" or "SHUT UP, YOU ALL SUCK, SURVIVAL IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARD!"
No one seems to be interested in finding the middle ground and trying to compromise on anything. But given the average age of the posters on these forums, I guess that doesn't surprise me.
Zombies spawning behind zombies, that just makes the game cheap...
Zombies spawning in plain sight 2 blocks away from you right beside other zombies, that just turned the game into a game that cheats all the time.
Zombies reinforcements would be great if:
- The reinforcement thing occured *sometimes* let's say, 5% of the time, not "all the time".
- The reinforcement thing is actually an entire big horde of say 8 to 16 zombies, not a constant stream of a couple zombies at a time. The horde size should be random but the average just enough that even if you wear full diamond stuff, mindlessly charging the horde will just get you killed. All zombies in the horde act as a groupand go aggro together.
- Only naturally spawned zombies, not reinforcement zombies, can call a horde.
- When a horde is called/spawned, a special zombie howling sound and head animation of the "calling" zombie is heard.
- All spawning occur only if there is zero possibility of a line of sight (even a partial one) between the spawning coordinates of the mob, and the coordinates of the player, or a sufficiently really big distance (for example 64 blocks). The way the player is facing is not important here: just checking if there are enough obstacles between the two to FULLY hide the spawning of the mob. Underground, that distance is an actual "travel" distance along caves and tunnels.
- Zombie reinforcement spawn only in spot where a normal naturally generated zombie could spawn.
i.e. no less than 10 blocks away, in low light conditions, and on the ground.
- Zombie reinforcements spawning with reduced health will deal increased damage only according the the actual damage that is dealt to them AFTER they spawned.
Those last points are very important. Currently, a zombie can be spawned right in front of you with only 1 to 5 health point left. Given that it just "appeared", and that you are already fighting off at least one other zombie, odds are that this zombie can strike you for a whopping 9 damage before you even have a CHANCE to react (on Hard or Hardcore).
This is a matter of opinion, your definition of 'cheap' might be different from someone else's. It's all opinion. The reason people dislike updates is because it isn't good in their opinion. What annoys me more is when people get into a fight over opinion. Because in matter like that, nobody is 'right' it is all OPINION. This is a word these forums have trouble comprehending.
You are very hypocritical. Yes, it is the opinion of some others that Zombies are annoying. It is also your opinion that they might not be. Understand that in this argument there are two groups of people and neither seem to be in the minority or majority.
Mojang need to find a way to make Zombies challenging for those who want endless Zombie tirades and ways to make them regular for those (my entire server) who do not. That way both parties can be pleased. But instead everyone is arguing for either side!

I never gave my opinion on the zombies in that post, I merely pointed out people always fight over opinions. My opinion on the new zombies is that the social zombies are far from perfect and indeed can use some work, but I like the concept. Assumptions are a dangerous thing to make, my friend.

I only dislike haters when they don't have a valid reason for hating. Sometimes, complaints are justified and I could see why someone would complain; it's fine with me then, but it ticks me off a little when someone makes a hate thread on some new feature for some inane reason.

I don't want to spend all my nights standing on a cobble tower wasting all my swords durability on these zombies, there is no real strategy because they will just keep coming.
And I also don't see why you all love zombies spawning behind each other. Please explain why >_>

If no one ever complained, the developers would never know that people didn't like something in their product, so they would never improve it.
On what cognitively defective line of logic did you not realize this fact?
What part of OPINION don't you two understand?!
Someone says hate and other people hate on each other to stop the hate.

Not if you're tactical and smart.
