The best part about this is that it wouldn't take too much more to actually make it functional. Cool design that can actually do what it says on the tin.

Replace water with lava or water flow channel or whatever.
This design incorporates a never-backed-up circuit, so no matter how much crap you dispose of, it will flush it all out
