I log on to minecraft. This thing comes that says that there is a new update available (obviousely 1.2). I click "Yes" and it says "Determining packages to load" for a second, then "downloading packages" for another second. Then it says:

Can someone do me a favor and (backup their bin folder) then force update and see if it works.
I'm afraid that it is just my computer. It has a very strict internet security, but has always allowed minecraft updates in the past.
Did I hear that there was a new world file format? Maybe that has something to do with it.

On the login screen hit Options and then hit Force Update. Then log in and see what happens.
