I wanted to play with my friend as I see this new minecraft launcher... Is it new? Am I the only one who has it? I can't see details online

I closed Minecraft and restarted it and got this.

And I'm in 1.14.3 as well!
So I guess no more Protection IV, Blast Protection IV, Projectile Protection IV, Fire Protection IV armor
I wonder if I can breed my trader llamas now?

Nope, I can see it too... I really like the main picture (very classic), and also like the overall look & layout of the new launcher.
