I was just playing around in 1.13 pre-release, and I found some weird things, and I took some screenshots(see attachments). I'm not sure if some of these bugs existed before 1.13, but here goes:
1. Mushrooms growing on trees? I suppose that kind of make sense, but I thought they only grew on dead trees!
2. If you start sprinting in water while your head is still above water, then you don't go into swim mode or sink down. It's hard to explain. You just kind of... float, but you can move forward that the same time. I have no idea if this is intentional or not, but I think it's pretty cool.
3. It looks weird when an enderman picks up a snow-covered grass block. Again, this probably exists before the snapshot.
not sure if this is a bug or not but for some reason frost walker ice isn't melting
as for the floating grass and the snow grass block that the enderman has, i've never encountered those myself but that doesn't mean they weren't already there.
edit: it must be intended as it all melted after dawn
edit: The context behind this comment is that I've not messed with with frost walker at all but I found a pair of boots with frost walker in a shipwreck while exploring this pre-release. I was under the assumption that frosted ice melted regardless.

Yep. The frost walker boot created ice needs sunlight to melt, as you already noticed.
As for "weird things" I haven't noticed any yet. Though, I really don't search them actively, so...
I'm thinking the floating grass probably has something to do with world generation. The pond generated and removed the solid blocks above it, but forgot to remove transparent blocks(the grass). Since 1.13 has been messing with world generation(remember the upside down trees?), it's probably something to do with the new way of generating. Or it could be just lag
I've seen floating grass a few times in 1.12, so it's not new. It seems to happen right at the edge of a small lake or pond, like the dirt and grass was generated first, and the lake was then carved out underneath the grass block.
Mushrooms on trees and floating grass have happened for a long time. Endermen picking up snow covered grass blocks is correct, it is picking up the grass block, not the partial snow block on top of it.
I'm hoping the swimming on the surface thing is intentional because it is nice not having to hold Space to stay afloat when you just need to get across a small lake

I think the issue with the grass block is supposed to be that the grass texture on top looks weird -- the block should either stop being snowy when an enderman picks it up, or it should have the snow texture on top to match the snow on the sides.

Actually now that I think about it more, I don't think any biome has grayish-white grass. So I think the block is defaulting to the actual gray texture from the game files before applying biome-dependent shading. Which is definitely weird.

I'm pretty sure that's because the grass block retains the "snowy" block state even when it's picked up by an enderman, and the snowy model, for simplicity, doesn't make the top colored, since theoretically it'll always be hidden under the actual snow block.

4. Floating grass! I think it looks hilarious.
I've also found something weird

Oh ok. Bad things, but they will correct

You should probably report these on https://bugs.mojang.com
