So as we know, Parrots have been announced to be in the 1.12 update, and next week's snapshot. It's definitely a long awaited feature, and I'm very excited to see how it works.
Also, these new Parrots will be tamable! You can finally become a pirate and sail the south seas in Minecraft!
Like with anything in Minecraft, I believe obtaining things should be however difficult. I don't know if that's just me. So opinion time; what biome should these new birds be in? I'm thinking Jungle Biome, because not many people tend to go look for one, especially as they got rare. However, they may already be set to spawn in Jungles due to the background of the picture below.
I'm excited! Minecraft needs more ambiance in the form of wildlife. There was already wolves (rare in my world due to that bug or whatever) and ocelots, and now there's polar bears and now parrots. I think they may be jungle exclusive. If so, I hope more birds (or at least other passive mobs) make their way in across a variety of biomes to make the game feel more alive. I always wanted birds, and deer and squirrels could be nice too.
