I noticed while mining, on certain blocks, at the right angle, out of the corner of your screen you can see this:

Anyone else seeing this in their game? This occurs only under ground on seemingly random blocks. Seems to be on chunk borders?

When I first saw this I thought I was crazy

its apart of the new optimization in 1.8. that chunk isn't loaded when your not looking at it
