The new update is huge! What is the thing that stood out most to you? Was there anything that you did not like? Share your thoughts! <3 from kat

The banners are absolutely amazing. If you wanted an emblem in the past, you would have to make this big huge ugly flag to hold it up. Now they have banners that can be put anywhere! This will be especially great for castles and medieval settings.

My favorite feature is the slime blocks. Anytime a new mechanic is added to the game, I go ham-bone and my videos increase in production. Thanks Mojang

Boosting of FPS , wooden stuff, and slime blocks!

Other than the innovative commands, I would consider ocean monuments as my favorite feature in this update.

I like how fast the chunks load. I can finally use a horse without any micro-freezes.

I love the new stone, ocean monuments and their associated blocks (although I haven't gone looking for one yet) and new doors that are stackable but my favorite is the banners as well. They are so versatile you can make personal markers for builds, all the letters of the alphabet, numbers, real-looking flags, and so much more it is amazing.

The Guardians & the Ocean Monuments. It'll be exciting to explore something underwater for once, and the way the Guardians shoot rays of lightning (or whatever) is beast.

I like the new World Edit commands best.

Hands down its the rebalanced Enchantment and Anvil Repairing system. I am an enchantment making fool, and I would burn through 30xp at a time for each new enchantment. The first enchantment I did in 1.8 left me with 28xp to spend on other stuff! Nametages only take 1xp now, which is huge also.

I'm really stoked about this.

Wow really? 1xp is amazing for nametag spammers like me lol. That's awesome

Villager trading/farming, guardians, bunnies, endermites, armor stands... basically everything Alex is great too

My frames are great. No change for me. My favorite thing I think is now Andesite. I love that block. I don't care for the rabbits, since I can't actually make them pets. Oh, and one of my favorite things (oddly enough) is stackable doors!! I absolutely HATE the Guardians and water temples. I have an irrational fear of deep, dark water, and so this doesn't help that.
