Is There an Official list of New content that we will not see unless we enter a Chunk we have never been before ?

Like Rabbits , will they show up in our home base , or in a field we are working ?

Also the new Villager Trading , and or them planting crops, where will we see this ? in our already established villages ?

The new Sea Temple ? do we have to go looking some where we have never been before ?
