What pisses me off on these servers is that a better kit costs like 2000 currencies when you only make like 15-20 currencies per round. But you get like 1000 currencies per vote. So to play the server it's better to vote for it than to play the damn games which ruins the whole point...
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh…. Well, I purchased that 2 yrs ago, and it WAZ amazing, I haven't been on for a few days, I've only been on SkyDoesMinecraft's server for a while… Oh well. I do have 6000 gems.
Negative. If you can buy it with soft currency or pay with it for hard currency than it does not violate the EULA.
I'm pretty sure it says that the only thing they can charge hard currency for is purely aesthetic things (but not capes). I haven't played on the server, but if it looks like it does violate the EULA.
Dude. I guess you don't understand how Mineplex works at the moment.
Even if a ultra/hero right click those classes, it will say "You can only use that on premium servers".
Ergo, not a violation, since you can only use premium classes against premium players with premium classes, too.

en contraire, you need to buy Ultra for these kits. and its a monthly payment, directly violating EULA. after August 1st, no more payments can be made to get a premium. but this is a monthly thing, so therefore you still pay after the EULA changes. this IS a violation,

You cannot purchase any premium kits with gems. you also cant buy Ultra or Hero with gems.

Oh, I'm sorry. I was under the impression that you could buy it with soft currency. My apologies.

You CAN charge to get premium, but you can't give advantages to them. And since you can't use premium kits against free players, you can't have a advantage.

From what I can see It does, However as this is a rather large and popular server, It won't go unnoticed by others, so there is not point in any of us bickering over it.

Mineplex still violates the Eula. It has premium servers and peasant servers, but to get to them you still go through the same hub. This counts as the same server, therefore violating the eula. If they want to have a premium server they need to have an entirely separate hub. They cannot be connected.

What counts as a server? Are proxies one big server, or lots of smaller ones?
A server is something a user connects to with their client. The user is on a different server when they leave one and manually join another (in the multiplayer screen). Virtual servers and proxies make no difference; to the client it’s the same server.
Hero kit IS a huge violation of the eula.
