Very disappointing - another annoying mob just like horses.
A slider to disable certain mobs would be amazing.
Well they are just another mob for resoirces like pigs or cows.
A slider? That is a terrible idea, if anything it should be a tick-box.
I'd thought you'd be more bothered by endermites, they don't evem drop stuff.
Wolves and Ocelots telporting to you, those have an actual use. rabits however just get in the way for no advantage at al.
They should have been designed either a pure farm animals (they're not so afraid of player rapid movement), or as "to be hunted only" animals (no need to breed them). Not as tameable pets.
The "golden carrot to tame otheris not tamed" idea is better, for those REALLY wanting to have a pet follow them.
I think the rabbit models look fine in the game. Some of the skins seem good, but I can't help but feel the white and the gold rabbits' texture is a bit "flat", If you understand what I am trying to say.

Yeah seriously, the Mod API was announced in f***ing 2011, why are they only adding these pointless additions like bunnies, these weird pvp command things, different kinds of stone (which are out of place looking and POINTLESS), a spectator game mode (now you can do even less after beating the optional bosses) and a slim player model instead of a feature they announced THREE YEARS ago that everyone wants and would make modding way more convenient!? After Notch left everything added to the game just feels like it was added just to be there, to fill space, not to serve any purpose and I know, the bosses were added as an optional challenge for the players to do more stuff, except for the ender dragon, the only reward you get from that is reading a dialouge that tells you how much time you wasted on this game, but the other additions like different stone blocks, rabbits, etc feel like they were just added to make stuff look less empty.
They just need to accept that those features are not fleshing out the gameplay. If they added a more interesting combat system, made caves and mobs more treacherous, then the updates would make the game more interesting, right now I have the feeling they just want to ship something to know they added a few lines of code that the underaged community will just eat up because it's ~new~.
I didn't know these forums even worked still.
You... Go home?

How?
Do you want to explain?
...No? ._. Ok.
They seem OK to me. Just a little too big.
Flat how?
...why do I keep forgetting how to quote...
but why is the API not the top priority? stop adding mobs and **** and finish this API, then add all you want!
btw I don't like the model and skin, dunno, looks... weird... Mo' Creatures ones look less realistic, but are more cute ^.^
1- Finish the mod API
2- Give brains to villagers (make em more usefull)
3- Add ambiance: birds, fishes, bugs, crabs on beaches, monkeys in jungles...
4- More plants! Aquatic, any fruit tree, bushes....
5- Ambiant sounds!
