Pocket Edition is usually something people play when they don't have a console or a decent PC. Or if they really want to play in bed or on the go.
Bedrock/Console is a pretty solid option. This version has features Java/PC doesn't for now.
Java/PC is arguably the better version. Easy access to modding, and something about Mouse and Keyboard makes playing pretty easy compared to controller.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on you. Fool me three times, hold up, rewind, That's not even possible.
Which version of Minecraft should I play on?

Using the ignore feature here is kinda weird.
