Okay so I am currently trying to transfer one of my world's to a new computer. I know how to do this, but my issue is that I cannot locate the file. This is because whenever I play my world, I run minecraft as administrator. If I run the program normally, I can only see a different set of worlds that I don't care about. So when I go into file explorer, I can't find the world that I play whenever I run minecraft as administrator, only the ones I don't care about. Running file explorer as an admin doesn't seem to work either, I can still only see the ones I don't care about. Please let me know if anyone has experience with this or knows what to do, I care about this world a lot.
Click on "resource packs" in options and then "open pack folder", which will take you to the directory that the game stores all its files in (go one level up from "resourcepacks"; worlds are stored in "saves").

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
