Uh so I just saw the new microsoft update that requires an email for minecraft accounts, and Ive been using my account wothout email for the past 7 years. Will I lose that account?!?
and how are you doing this when you need to migrate an account to Mojang to be able to login to the current launcher?
And if you say you got this alt from another place than minecraft.net ... then you are using a stolen account that wasn't yours in the first place
I just realized, when the migration does happen, doesn't this mean most accounts that have been stolen would be locked since they won't be able to migrate?

Depends on if the email was changed when stolen, and what exactly the migration system involves, but once migrated they should be alot more secure and harder to steal, though most if not all stolen accounts are stolen using phishing sites and when people use alt sites like mcleaks

Just another reason why I feel this migration is for the best. Mojang support is so busy taking care of stolen accounts right now.
