Not clearly defined, but I'm assuming that the jump has a 2 block gap and is at head-level when standing on the stone block.
It's difficult to explain in words, but I will do so anyways.
Since it's a two block jump, you cannot walk jump it.
I would say, start at the opposite diagonal end to that of the ladder and sprint off until you hit the edge where you jump off. While in the air, you should strafe your way around to look at the land. Kind of like a jump in the formation of a C. When you are one block away from the ladder area, you should stop sprinting to slow the character down and hold the W to try and cling on the ladder.
Skip to 1:40 for a similar jump to that one (I know it's Bedrock Edition, but it's applicable).
