My account recently disappeared. Like gone completely. I am not getting password reset emails, I put in tickets and nothing for days now weeks. Just to see i try to create a new account with the same email, and i am allowed to. This tells me that there was no active account with my email at that time. Ive had this account for over 10 years, bought it from Mojang, migrated, now its gone. Its been going on 3 weeks since my first support ticket and a week since my last. Now i have an account with no game attached to it. no chance in hell im going to find a transaction id from 12 years ago. Am i out the $30? should i wait longer? I may just buy another copy so my kid can play again and hope to god they dont jerk me around when they finally respond and reimburse me. I am really pissed about this. And the fact there is no actual person i can call and speak to to resolve this quickly just adds to it.
Last i heard there is a month or 2 backlog, but mojang removed their webpage that listed what the backlog is, you will just have to be patient and express your issue with the delay to them when they do get to your ticket.
