Is it allowed to sell non-cosmetic items with the EULA?
I understand not directly, but what about if there were permissions on ranks that were not advertised as "with the rank". What I am saying is, if you had perks that you did not pay for (acording to the website) would that be allowed?

Not if you have to pay to get access to them.
I think the only way you are allowed to sell non cosmetic items is if everybody on the server gets full access to them.
Like somebody could buy double drops from mining or mobs for an hour for everybody on the server.
And you'd have to advertise that in advance so everybody knew about it.
