I have been locked out of my mojang account, unable to reset password, and submitting a ticket/emailing them has yielded no response. This has been going on for 2 weeks now, anyone know what to do to fix it?
Get in touch with Mojang. If you cannot or will not, your only option is to simply walk away from Minecraft. Only Mojang can do anything about account issues, and account issues are generally centered around private information (ergo, nobody here can help you even if they've been through the process themselves).
I am aware of the fact that I need to get in touch with mojang. I have submitted tickets and emailed customer support with all the information needed. They have never replied. I am wondering if there is a link that I cannot find for when password reset emails will not send. Mojang has received my emails but will not reply. I get the standard we have received your email and will reply when we can email.
