Does anyone else have problems with minecraft java edition PC version 1.13.2 ?
Cuz I just lost my game file, I went exploring to find new islands maybe the jungle and the game froze, froze my laptop and I had to restart twice when I got my laptop up am runnin I'm running a scan an I decide to start it to see if everything is ok as it has never done that before my survival mode file is gone. Just to be clear I had a farm going, a beautiful home 3 nether portals for shortcut use and all the resources one could ever need not to mention my coral tank my turtles my second home everything gone. Mojang, notch idk whoever is in charge of fixing this game plse plse I beg you to do something I really like this game but another mess up an I'll have to stop playing it's hard to build all that get so far an lose it all. I need to know if I'm the only one having issues
A world that no longer appears in the saves menu is most likely due to a corrupted level.dat file; you can try replacing it with level.dat_old (remove "_old"; level.dat may not exist as it is sometimes deleted), which is a backup made the last time the game autosaved (usually within the past minute; the Wiki claims that it is a backup from converting Alpha worlds but that has not been the case for years).
Note that it is much harder to fix corrupted chunks so luckily this is the only thing wrong (corrupted chunks can range from chunks in the wrong locations to player changes being reset to a crash on world load; unfortunately, the usual tools for fixing these errors haven't been updated to 1.13). In any case, you should make regular backups in the future (including to another location, this goes for all computer data that you want to preserve).

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
