So long as this:
"In Java Edition, the patterns of bedrock are consistent in all worlds regardless of world seed."
remains accurate, it is possible…
Practicle is another matter…
To accomplish what you want you would need
a map of the top bedrock layer [technically this would be infintite, but I beleive I recall Hermitcraft being based on an area 'only' 50,000 out from 0,0,0 (not sure if this was square or circular, however)], and
some sort of pattern recognition software to match the pattern extracted from the second video to the bedrock.
Even with both of these and a high-end computer, the process would likely be so time comsuming as toi make the game not worth the candle…
(One might be able to make some simplfying assumptions based on the rest of the video. [Not watched at this time.])

It is possible to find the coordinates of a player based on their bedrock formation.
I was wondering how i could do this?
I was watching this video by a popular MC youtuber -->
In which he tries to hide a Guardian fish at level 5 bedrock in a undisclosed location, and i am trying to crack the coordinates under curiosity.
Any ideas?
