What is the strangest thing you have seen in Minecraft?
Badly generated structures, monsters in different biomes to which they must be ...
Of course, it's not worth Herobrine
I have found two biomes that should not be together:
I don't quite have a screen shot of this but a huge herd of sheep (58 to be exact) in a small plains section that had no faces either, pretty strange happening.
P.S. I did mess around with the configuration files for how many zombies spawn in an area which I set really high for fun, but not for sheep.
i don't have a screenshot either but I think the most weird thing I've even seen is while trying to find a seed for a island map (with smaller islands around it but with the larger land masses quite a distance away)
While flying around checking the area out, I found near a small island (only 1 tree on it) a single complete Stronghold chamber 'floating' under water (say about lvl 45-55) with just the Endportal inside with nearly all the endereyes in place...
It wasn't attached to the island & had no corridors etc going into it- it was JUST that one room
Actually, that's a Zombie Village, that's a thing now since 1.10, two percent of villages spawn with mossy cobblestone and zombie villagers and without torches and doors.

Ummm... I see a lot of strange things.. I have only ever been to 4 mushroom biomes so good find... 2 very rare biomes. I guess I was exploring in the nether and I came across a wall in my way so dug through and it was only 2 blocks thick! Next thing I knew there was a nether fortress inside cave! Also I one time saw a shipwreck a few days ago that looked like it was being held up by a piece of coral... Almost like a hat on a... Hat... Thing...
Strangest thing I ever encountered in Minecraft would have to be a biome glitch. Sorta as to how the og had. I can't remember as to which ones they were since it's been some time.
I don't really know if I have seen something, that could be counted as strange. Not yet, anyways... I did once find quite tiny extreme hills biome right in the middle of mushroom island, but I don't know, if that really can be counted strange or not...

I posted a thread on the strangest thing I've seen a couple years ago (still haven't run into anything that tops this madness): https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/minecraft-java-edition/discussion/2703942-how-on-earth-does-the-natural-terran-generation
