I want something newer than 1.8.8. I don't add 1.12.x because i'm still with Java 7. I decided to update from 1.6.4 and 1.7.10 because modders don't support old versions anymore.
EDIT: Added 1.12, the update to Java 8 is not as difficult as I thought.
