If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.
Not sure if the mapping is perfect, but both mineatlas and http://chunkbase.com/apps/ generate maps that seem to work through 1.12.2.
The chunk base site uses seperate displays for each structure and does not allow them to be overlayed but may still be a useful option in some cases...

WARNING: I have an extemely "grindy" playstyle; YMMV — if this doesn't seem fun to you, mine what you can from it & bin the rest.
I've gotten Amidst to work with even the latest 1.14 snapshots by downloading and building it from a source git clone. It's just kinda tedious to build, running a bunch of different maven build options in Eclipse until it produces a useable jar executable.
Amidst v4.3-beta 5 works with 1.13.2.
See my sig. for the link.
However, for faster searching of random seeds for biome configurations I suggest that you do it in Amidst using 1.12.2 and then transfer the seed to Amidst using 1.13.2.
I have two instances of Amidst open just for this purpose.

I've gotten Amidst to work with even the most recent 1.14 previews by downloading and building it from a source git clone. It's simply kinda dreary to fabricate, running a cluster of various expert form alternatives in Eclipse until it creates a useable container executable.
I'm looking for a biome finder website that works with 1.12. Do you know of one?
Try MineAtlas

MineAtlas only works with 1.8.
