I am 3rd year psychology student from Latvia. Currenty I am conducting a very small research about perceived stress for Minecraft players, that will take no more than 3 minutes of your time.
That is why I am here, and I need your help to do this research.
The task is simple - below you will see a link that will take you to a small 10 question survey on google forms, that will take approximately 3 minutes for you to complete. I promise this is not a scam, and every submission is very much appreciated.
Thank you all in advance! If you have any questions, feel free to write below and I will try to respond asap.
Ksarartik, thank you for the question. And the answer is, they are not related to minecraft, they are related to perceived stress, and that is what I am researching, minecraft players are the selection I am using. Hope I answered your question.
FLYGUY1, Cristalroses thank you guys. And all the other people who so far have completed the survey, thank you I appreciate it very much. So far got 11 submissions my goal is approximately 30 submissions.
Just a tip for designing surveys like this, always give an even number of answer possibilities since an odd number gives people a pretty much meaningless middle ground they will pick whenever they aren't sure. With an even number they have to pick one side or the other.
Ah, didn't know there was that limitation, in that case you can always go with 6, I heard that is the alternative when 4 doesn't work and it's still below the point where it gets confusing or the nuances become meaningless.
About the results, yes I can post the results and update the topic, but that is not going to be so soon, probably at the end of May, because you guys are not my only selection.
SuperFire, yap I know that aswell, but in this case the middle answer is needed, to see the tendencies at which they can't make up their mind. Can't tell you the whole idea behind this on a public forum, but in this survey, the middle answer is needed. And ofc everything you are saying is true, for different surveys I always roll with 4/6 possibilities, so there isn't any middle choice.
