Hello Everyone! Hope you are all having a nice day. I have just wanted to start playing minecraft, after almost a year now, and when i log in this attachment came up(See Attachment). I have no idea why this just, converted my full account into a demo. i have looked on the mojang help page and there is nothing there about my case in there. please reply asap.
I suggest you contact Mojang immediately! They can probably straighten this out. (You will probably want to include some proof of purchase in the e-mail)
