Is there a way to change someone's in game name using command blocks?

Im thinking there could be a way with the scoreboard but i dont know.

No, but I've heard that they may add it in the future. And I don't know much about command blocks so I can't help much with that, but I highly doubt there is something for that to change your IGN.

You cant change your username yet. (Which sucks, i hate mine) but you can get nicknames with bukkit.
