The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
Minecraft i think has lost its old glory. When I first got it in 1.7.3 beta, my life felt so clear, and Minecraft was the best dam game out there. I build my first house (I used cheats, but I was young, lol), I explored the beautiful overhangs and scenery, and it was beautiful. Now, though, It's just boring, without mods or servers anyway. Just the feel It has just sucks now. It started to die in 1.8.1. I mean, what the [email protected] was with that update? The new terrain sucked, clay was more common, and overall, it wasn't adventurous. People even keep saying they want the old terrain back, but Mojang won't listen.
The Minecraft community hasn't gone dead yet. Because it was mostly focused on little kids, there's more little kids playing the game, but IS not dead. If I add the player base of 5 servers I play on regularly, it will add up to be about 2,000 players, and that is just me. Other players may play on more servers, with a higher player base. Is not dead, I don't know why people are saying that is dead.
I'm going to say that you think that because you don't play Minecraft heaps any more, that everyone else doesn't play any more. I actually reckon that Minecraft is still rising.

I don't get why everyone is freaking out about the EULA. When the new dungeon keeper came out, everyone threw a fit because it was pay to win. Now, Mojang is trying to make it NOT become p2w, and everybody is throwing a fit about that.
