I am curious about a few things regarding the EULA revision announcement that didn't seem to be explained to me in the Mojang Q&A. All of them are about the definition of gameplay features.
First, if I had a minigame server with survival games, would you be allowed to charge or give donors the ability to spectate after death? To me this is not a gameplay feature, but I don't really know what it is.
Second, if someone is accepted into staff can you make them have to pay to be initiated? It's not like anyone can pay and be a staff member, you have to be accepted as a good player or for having a good application at first.
Third, can you still have perks in the lobby? Like how MVPs on hypixel can punch staff into the sky or how VIPs can fly in the lobby and do /fw to shoot a firework. To me, this isn't gameplay since it's in the lobby, unless you're like Mineplex with their lobby games.
I'm sorry if this is a sensitive topic but the Mojang Q&A didn't answer these questions for me and they've been burning in my head for a while.
The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
EVERYTHING <-- Key word, has to be equal, there can be no bought in game advantages, only cosmetic items can be bought that don't affect the game, so im assuming something like spectating, that can be allowed as it does not give in game advantages, secondly, No, you can't make someone pay to be staff, its technically an in game advantage, unless its only things like mute, that don't affect the game. Thirdly, if it doesn't affect a game where someone gets a sword or anything thats better, if its just cosmetic then yes, so to answer your question, yes.
