As you can see, the glowstone is not lighting.

I did that, and it glowed, but then I walked away and it stopped glowing.

Contact a Server Admin or Mod and ask if the server is using any mods (plug-ins) that might be causing the problem. or use redstone lamps.

I think that its a chunk error or mabye worldedit
did you place those blocks manually? if you didn't, replace all the glowstone manually (NO WORLDEDIT!!) and tell me if that works
