I've seen lots of mobs randomly walk off cliffs and die. Do you have a problem with this?

I haven't, but it is most likely a simple problem in the code, so there isn't much you can do to avoid this.

Um, that could happen in real life too, i'm not sure why a few mobs that decide to commit suicide matter much, really.

As long as mobs are smarter than ice cubes I am ok with the AI.
