My avatar-Madison Gotha. She knows various weapons, she's a mage/sage, and is somewhat immortal. It's not arrogance or a desire to prove I'm a 'mlg' at MC, I just can't get into the easier difficulties anymore.
You know how after years of playing, you develop the skills necessary that allow you to not be better at the game, but mold the environment of the game to make it easier to play that same game. Playing on hardcore/deathban servers and using hardcore SP worlds keeps me interested and allows for more 'intense' moments (more often than not, ragequit).

Retired StaffIn CTMs, I use easy, but only because I don't want to deal with Spider Poison.
Creative is Hard, just because I want villagers to get turned into zombies. It's fun to torture them.
If it isn't any of the above, it's normal. Modded worlds, Challenge Worlds, ect.
Haven't touched Peaceful since 1.2.
