I'm not saying that video games cause nobody to do anything bad, but the majority of people don't and a small group feels like they can do what they saw in games.
A small group of people feel like they can do anything bad they want to. Right now, they blame it on games. Before video games, they blamed it on TV. Before TV, they blamed it on rock and roll. Before rock and roll, they blamed it on comic books. Before comic books, they blamed it on movies. Before movies, they blamed it on cheap novels. (and let's not forget Dan White, who blamed it on junk food)
What video games did Jack the Ripper play? Or Ed Gein? Or H. H. Holmes? Or Elizabeth Bathory?
Video games aren't responsible.
TV isn't responsible.
Music isn't responsible.
Comic books aren't responsible.
Movies aren't responsible.
Even books aren't responsible.
Evil people are responsible for the evil they choose to do.
Any game can be hacked/modded to do something else.
One day I read an article about why there's NOT blood in Minecraft. (I think it had interviews/quotes from Mojang) The article talked about why/how Minecraft isn't supposed to be a bloody gore-y game.
Ah yes very good points but what makes people evil? Is it peers? Or parents? Or something else?
It can be those things, but some people are just...evil. No real motives, nor real purpose. Just, evil....
Also, just to list something you didn't, another motive can be "To prove you are superior by planning, committing, and avoiding capture with a perfect crime."
Yeah, that reason happens more often than most people think.
My avatar-Madison Gotha. She knows various weapons, she's a mage/sage, and is somewhat immortal. Madison has the capability of taming and communicating monsters, a genetic trait passed down by her father. 26 physically, 1400-something mentally, and a Lofty Peakian/Zenithian mix. Doesn't really like being called an elf and hates being called human..
I might be Moderator, but don't bother treating me too special. And don't make tons of Ban Hammer jokes, please. Also, I'm an Off-Topic only Mod. Don't ask me to lock a thread or something if it's not in the off-topic
guys good news no troll site have this on there sites so we are not going to see the anywhere else.
How is that good news? It's not bad news either, considering it shows to parents that they should lock up their weapons, but what do you mean by "good news?"

Less idiots thinking "I don't need to lock up my Hunting Rifle! What harm could my 9-year old do?"? :/

no what I mean is we wont see this any were else so no spam
Hmm, apparently Mortal Kombat caused murders on the part of kids... which doesn't surprise me. I'm pretty sure parents need to be a little more accurate on games... instead of framing an innocent sandbox game.
Why can't you toggle the blood in games?
How can you get a perfectly clean headshot the second they spawn in Wasted? AND HOW COME YOU DON'T GIVE PEOPLE WARNINGS BEFORE BANNING THEM?!!?
After the rant: He was probably playing MineZ or something. This is why Call of Duty is so hated on, because the fanbase is comprised of irresponsible kids.
That still can't be right. That's 26 billion games. Billion, with a "b" (or "thousand million" for you folks across the pond.) So, every man, woman, and child on the planet bought it a little more than four times, on average? Likewise with the violent crime stat. 11 billion, means that every person on the planet committed roughly two violent crimes in the United States that year. Yeah, I call "shenanigans."

Who was it that told dinnerbone impossible==fun?
Impossible isn't fun, however, did Dinnerbone implement anything impossible? I need a refresher.
