Im not saying that minecraft sucks but im saying that it kind of got........boring.
I think your post is barely comprehensible, but English might not be your native language so I won't fault you for that outright. Please just try and make your posts understandable. But now let us break down the OP bit by bit:

I will admit the gameplay is not for everyone. I happen to find doing simple things like Minecraft's gameplay very relaxing, I find it akin to Harvest Moon or other sandbox games.
As for the GTA:V stuff, what exactly is wrong with that? People make maps and servers they think will be fun and people who think they might be fun try them out. If they aren't then people move on. This part sounds an awful lot like "I don't enjoy doing X so X is terrible and nobody else should be able to do it either." It is a fad, people will move on. There are a ton of other servers out there.
Yeah, yeah, Sky's fanbase is annoying. Blah blah blah. We know. But like the GTA:V thing, it is a fad that will pass eventually. If I have learned one thing in my life, it is that many kids are annoying and stupid. That isn't their fault, they are just young people, and people in general are annoying and stupid (I don't like a lot of people). Complaining about them won't change them, it just builds up tension and irritation on both sides. You want that to die out? Distance yourself from it and don't contribute to either side. If someone screams "butter" at you, ignore them. That is the only way to win.

Yep, donation begging servers suck. But if you refuse to play on them, they die out (because honestly, what moron would pay money to use the online component of a game when it is supposed to be free in the first place?). Or if they don't die out (because apparently some people ARE dumb enough to participate in pay to play servers, which returns me to my "many people are stupid" point), at least you can ignore them.

This is the crux of your entire post. Here is my advice, since DukeTidierLeader2 already said to try some mods out. Go play something else. EVERY game will get boring if it is the only thing you play. So take some time off of Minecraft. I'm sure you have several games you have been wanting to try out so go for it. If you don't want to try out some mods, find another way to spend your time. Eventually your brain will click one day and say "You know what I haven't played in a while? Minecraft. That sounds like fun."
Then you can play it again, and enjoy it until something else beckons again. Or that feeling might never return and you won't play Minecraft ever again. But if that is the case, then who cares? It means you don't want to play Minecraft anymore, and your new game or hobby or whatever is making you happy enough on its own.

It is as a truth universally acknowledged that things were always better in the Good Old DaysTM.
But seriously your main complaint seems to be that Minecraft is popular and so a lot of stupid people are going around trying to become e-celebs with terrible Youtube videos and whatever. Which, while irritating at times, doesn't have to impede your enjoyment of the game.
Personally I just like to build stuff with blocks, so I don't see things as having gone downhill. If I want more blocks and more stuff to build I just grab some mods. It's not like anyone's forcing me to download the newest update that totally ruins the game!!11!!1 or watch Prepubescent Youtuber #40146.
The word repetitive is used so much now a days when talking about minecraft. It's funny because whenever you make a new world, it's not the same as your old world (Unless you copied it) and yeah you can do the same things you did in previous survivals but that's a choice. I think minecraft is only repetitive if you choose to make it that way.
When you start off, sure you can go get wood and make the same old house you might usually build, but you have a choice to change your gameplay experience. It never has to be the same, I sure know that every new survival world I make, it's a whole new gameplay every time. Nothing is the same whenever I play which is why I still play minecraft everyday just like if its a brand new experience.
To enhance the experience get mods to make your single player worlds long lasting, or join specific servers that fits your interest. Also I'm sure 1.7 will bring some interesting things to Minecraft.

Can you read minds? I think you just read my mind.
Tell me what am i thinking about?
Well OP just listen to this guy, he said it perfectly
Listen, OP, your problem seems to not be the repetitive game, but your repetitive gameplay. Try other minigames besides survival games. Start a small server with your friends to take care of the "pay to win" server problem. Build great things. Start with a scale model of your house. Start doing redstone, and so on. Try mods, branch out.

"You tried mercenary work? It might suit you."
"On a scale of one mile to Lord of the Rings, how far did you walk today?"
However, minecraft clearly is not up to the standard it used to be. EVERY server pretty much as survival games on. And now everyone wants to be a op because apparently they are from planet minecraft. I remember back in my day when the only youtubers I watched were YOGSCAST Lewis and Simon, Antvenom, TheHillsSoftware, Direwolf20, and Seagoingmanatee. Now I have to watch about 25 different people to get the same level of entertainment I did back then.
So in my opinion, Minecraft is entertaining, but now that everyone is obsessed with tekkit (god I hate the tekkit team so much), survival games and Budder obsessed squid killers, I think minecraft is in it's senior years. However, its given me a great idea for an animation.
I agree with everything except hating the holy technic team. Half support.

I find that if you have a group of friends and open a server together, it's much more enjoyable because you know they won't grief and can trust them more easily.
Indeed this is probably the first time the servers have been unstable for more than half an hour since minecraft went out of beta. Even steam is down more than minecraft is.
This is due to new authentication servers, I agree, people need to cut them some slack.
If you're bored in minecraft it's because you aren't being creative. Don't get stuck in the mindset of your only goal is to do survival stuff in the usual order. (survive first night, get basic resources, build a house, get diamonds, go to nether, get full enchanted diamond) If you get stuck in the mindset of just aiming to do those things then of course you are going to get bored.
Download some mods and texture packs or try out a type of server that you usually don't try.

lol/Rant/Whatever of the…!: Beyond: Two Souls is a sad/depressing game. Not like the ending of Mother 3 isn’t more sad.
