List here what you think are some of the most destructive things in minecraft
TNT is the most destructive to me. It is one of the only explosive devices that is used by people to kill other people ( other than the creeper, which is a popular sabotage weapon). A lot of TNT can destroy massive amounts of land and leave behind a kind of wasteland, land that yields no plant life or passive mobs, and has a kind of craggy look to it, almost a biome of its own if a large wasteland is created. TNT causes much more destruction than any other mob, able to destroy entire buildings with just a few blocks.

Y'know, you've gotten more rep for that post than some people here have gotten ever. And I join the others in wishing I could click that little green arrow more than once. That is so totally true. That applies to many more things than Minecraft, too -- it could be generalized to "someone with more power than they are capable of handling" and would explain a lot about politics, past and present.
