If you’re the only one on it and all the time you are on you are in a state of lag and you build and move stuffs from your chests in to new chests that you have just placed, as soon as you logout and log back in all your stuff is gone even the chests and the furnace and in their place is a hole shaped the same as your layout of the chest and furnace.

I am a server owner and need to know if this can happen on a server bukkit our an Technic server

This is simply a bug. I know this because it has happened many times to me. You won't be getting your stuff back unfortunately.

Can I get some more info I need to
comparer some cases.
I think I just need a few more reply's

Nope very possible, unless the server mods can't help you're kind screwed with the items.
