The Terrain Generation from 1.8 brought some good and bad things with it, lets take a look.
List items marked with '-' are just a statement
List items marked with '*' have pictures or more explanation
The Good ---------------
-Easier Coding of Biomes
-Already generated Biomes don't change on Updates I don't really know of much more, Please help me add to the list!
The Bad ---------------
-Terrain doesn't vary as much as the previous versions
*Bad Biome Blending (Especially with Swamps)
*Biome type has no effect of generation
What I mean by that is Deserts and Taiga generate next to each-other
